Everwild popped up again in a July 2020 showcase. That might all change in the coming months as Xbox reportedly still plans to host a showcase around E3 this year, despite the publisher suggesting that it won’t have a major presence at the show like previous events. Unfortunately, Avowed has only received a short announcement trailer with no gameplay so far. Fans hope that the sequel will release sometime in 2024 alongside Obsidian’s Avowed, a fantasy RPG that seems to be taking a few notes from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.Ī gameplay demonstration of Hellblade 2 was released last year showing some incredible visuals. A new report claims that Hellblade 2 and Avowed will release after Starfield but also states that the Fable reboot is several years away as it only recently went into full production.
